Flora Moneka Goulidei is a French product designer and artist working across industrial design, collectible design, and contemporary craft.
After studying applied arts, textile design, and object design in France and Belgium, she completed a Master's degree in Contextual Design at Design Academy Eindhoven. Her practice combines material research, technical craftsmanship, and industrial production, exploring the relationship between objects, gestures, and the cultures that surround them.
Through extensive experimentation with polymeric materials and fabrication techniques, she investigates how materials, construction methods, and manufacturing processes shape the identity of an object. Influenced by automotive culture and mechanics, her work moves between functional objects and sculptural pieces, questioning familiar forms and everyday practices through making.
Her projects have received international recognition, including the CID Grand-Hornu Prize – Emerging Talent Award, as well as nominations for the European Prize for Applied Arts 2024 and Talente – Masters of the Future 2024.
