Chair studies is an experimental research project exploring the relationship between furniture and textiles. Starting from a simple chair frame, each piece is completed by dressing the structure with different materials, including reinforced fabrics, denim, clothing, and technical textiles.
Rather than treating upholstery as a finish, the project uses textiles as a construction element, allowing each material to define the chair's identity. Through a series of material experiments, the collection explores how soft materials can transform the perception, function, and character of an everyday object.
Materials: Steel - Cotton - Denim - Tech textiles
